We are looking to fill a position for a carpenter. Applicants must have recent experience with custom residential projects, trade coordination, level 1 first aid, their own hand tools, and transportation. A contract position is offered for a probationary period of up to 3 months. An employment agreement is negotiable thereafter.

This position requires someone with a keen attention to detail, efficient carpentry, and interpersonal skills to match. You will work alongside and coordinate with Landform's site superintendent, project manager, subrades, and suppliers. You will primarily be contributing to the construction of the home as a carpenter.
