Penticton, Canada UBER Building Solutions Full time

UBER Building Solutions is looking for a positive, pro-active, and hard working individual to join their growing team as a **general labourer/delivery truck driver.** Experience in the field of construction/renovations is an asset, as all work performed will be related to carpentry/construction within residential or commercial. Must be able to drive 2.5 ton dump truck.

JOB EXPECTATIONS:

- Loading and unloading construction materials, and moving them to work areas.
- Installing and removing concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks and barricades at construction sites.
- Mixing, pouring and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
- Occasionally operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
- Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
- Remove, fill, or compact earth.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.
- Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
- Perform site clean-up
- Clean up and sort garbage, deliver to dump and dispose of in a cost effective manner

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have a valid driver's license AND a clean driver's abstract
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- **Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.**:

- Ability to work in all weather.
- Workers must be punctual, hardworking and reliable.
- Must have experience in the construction industry
- A positive attitude and the ability to work with others is a MUST

Wage STARTS at $18-$25 depending on current experience and skill set. Health benefits offered after 3 months.
