We are seeking an
Intermediate Systems Analyst
to join our
Business Applications Services Team
.

  • This role focuses on delivering technology solutions that support business functions through technical design, application development, testing, and implementation.
  • The Business Systems Analyst serves as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that solutions align with organizational objectives.
  • This role focuses on translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications to deliver efficient, scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong
    communication skills
    to engage with business users,
    Eagerness to learn
    and adapt quickly.
  • Support
    engineering applications
    ,
    Knowledge of any Document Management or Drawing Management System
    (Meridian preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Handle
    service desk tickets
    , minor
    enhancements
    , and
    configuration
    tasks.
  • Work within the
    operations team
    and with a
    managed service provider
    .
  • Operational support, not project delivery.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic
    .NET knowledge
    (ASP.NET, C#, Bootstrap, SQL) – deep coding not required.
  • Scripting
    experience, mainly
    PowerShell
    .
  • ServiceNow and Sharepoint

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    Accruent Meridian
