We are seeking an
Intermediate Systems Analyst
to join our
Business Applications Services Team
.

  • This role focuses on delivering technology solutions that support business functions through technical design, application development, testing, and implementation.
  • The Business Systems Analyst serves as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that solutions align with organizational objectives.
  • This role focuses on translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications to deliver efficient, scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and support business applications aligned with long-term technology plans.
  • Manage incidents and problem resolutions effectively across business areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards and lifecycle documentation.
  • Oversee implementation of COTS applications and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Recommend technology improvements, drive innovation, and prepare technical proposals for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in
    Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
    .
  • 2+ years
    of IT experience with enterprise applications using
    .NET
    and full-stack development.
  • Hands-on experience with
    COTS applications
    ,
    Active Directory
    , and
    network/infrastructure fundamentals
    .
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with
    Git
    or other version control tools.
