The Role:Full-time, Monday to Friday, based out of our fabrication shop in Guelph, ONAssist the fabrication team with cutting, grinding, and preparing components and materialsAssist with light welding, tacking, and fittingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe fabrication areaSupport inventory, deliveries, and other general shop duties, as requiredQualifications:1–3 years of experience in a similar role - industrial, construction, manufacturing, or multi-trade environments considered an assetExperience operating basic hand and power tools (grinders, drills, metal-cutting tools, etc.)Arc welding experience is preferredStrong communication skills and the ability to work well in a teamEager to learn and develop new skillsPositive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethicWe Offer:Paid development opportunities, such as CWB tickets for SMAW, F/MCAW, and GMAWComprehensive benefits package (drug, dental, vision, RRSP matching)Regular company events and team-building activitiesAn opportunity to join a growing and dynamic companyWhat's the Bullet Difference?
