Spa Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations at our luxurious spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management, sales, and team supervision. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating services, and maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling staff shifts and managing appointments
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure excellent service delivery
• Oversee retail sales, merchandising, and product purchasing to maximize revenue
• Manage payroll, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity
• Implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and special offers
• Maintain inventory levels through effective purchasing and stock management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact
• Develop pricing strategies for services and products to optimize profitability
• Coordinate promotional events and manage store appearance to attract new clients

Skills

• Proven leadership and team management experience in a retail or service environment
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
• Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in POS systems, bookkeeping software, and administrative tools
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
• Experience in sales management, marketing, and retail sales strategies
• Skilled in negotiation, merchandising, pricing, and purchasing processes
• Capable of supervising staff through training & development initiatives
• Sound knowledge of budgeting, financial recordkeeping, and cash handling procedures
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $18.72-$30.25 per hour
