Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations, utensils, and equipment.
  • Assist with meal preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Follow proper sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar kitchen setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and cuisines is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within the kitchen team.
  • A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
