Summary
We are seeking a professional Concierge to join our team in Ontario. As a Concierge at Probe Investigation & Security Services Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of our clients and premises. This position is based in Ontario and offers an opportunity to be part of a respected security organization dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain front desk operations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and staff.
- Ensure security protocols are followed while delivering guest services.
- Coordinate with security personnel to facilitate smooth operations.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems is an advantage.
