We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team in Ontario. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing client experiences by providing exceptional service and support. Your contributions will be essential in upholding our reputation for outstanding service in the security industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients with inquiries and requests.
- Provide information about services and facilities.
- Ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Coordinate with security personnel to maintain safety protocols.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Promote a positive image of the company.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or concierge roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of security protocols is an asset.
