Technical AI Program Manager
This is a hands-on Technical AI Program Manager role that will report to the Head of AI Enablement. You will drive the definition, delivery, and adoption of AI solutions across the EA Experiences Organization (XO). You will partner across XO teams to centralize enablement and adoption, build shared business cases, define solutions, and deliver them predictably—backed by data, insights, and AI. This role is critical to embedding AI into XO's business processes, transforming how we work, and revolutionizing content, data, insights, and creation across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage AI transformation programs for the EA Experiences organization that align with EA's and XO's strategies. Drive meaningful impact and improve our fan's experience.
- Partner with XO teams to create transformation programs that drive efficiency, expansion, and transformation within their business. Successfully oversee the execution of the transformation programs.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI initiatives, ensuring programs deliver measurable business value and ROI. Regularly communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
- Bridge technical and business domains by solutioning complex business requirements using novel generative AI systems and translating requirements into high level AI transformation programs.
- Drive change management initiatives to drive AI adoption across the organization, including stakeholder education, process redesign, and organizational readiness assessments.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendor solutions, conducting build-vs-buy analyses and making recommendations aligned with organizational capabilities and strategic objectives.
- Craft and track team KPI's, objectives, and roadmaps, ensuring the XO AI Labs team's programs are structured, measured, and drive impact.
- Structure and organize the XO AI Labs team operating model, ensuring smooth and effective execution in line with the team mission.
Your Qualifications:
- 8–12+ years of experience in Sr. Program and Product Management roles, or TPM roles, leading cross-functional enterprise-scale initiatives. Experience leading AI transformation programs
- 5+ years of experience shaping and delivering initiatives with clear benefits, success criteria, and measurable impact
- 5+ years experience leading and scaling complex technical business transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application within business transformation contexts
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), engineering best practices, and generative AI engineering solutions
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$130,800 - $183,000 CAD
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
