Reporting to the VP, CISO, the IT Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving the strategy, coordination, and execution of security-related programs and initiatives across the organization. In this role you will ensure that security objectives are effectively integrated into business operations, technology development, and compliance frameworks to protect company assets, data, and systems from evolving threats.

What you'll do:

Business Outcomes:

  • Support the day-to-day management & execution of programs, projects and/or services. (e.g. Governance, Risk, Compliance, Vulnerability and Identity Management solutions, Incident Response Preparedness, Tabletop Exercises, Penetration Testing and Security Awareness Delivery.

People and Teams:

  • Develop and deliver end user, vendor and business process change management

Know-How:

  • Progressive knowledge of security concepts, frameworks and applicable business processes and how they can be applied or integrated into the business

Responsible for:

  • Program Management - Coordinate closely with technical specialist, cross-functional delivery teams, & vendors to implement and support security initiatives to enable growth, transformation, and continuous process improvements globally.

You'll support initiative execution from start to finish – working with delivery partners to plan and document requirements, manage program schedules, resources & budgets, identify and manage program risks, and outline delivery strategies using Agile methodologies where applicable.

  • Program Support and Process Management- Define, track and coordinate requirements and deliverables between a wide array of cross functional teams in different geographies to achieve a successful business value outputs.
  • Focus on minimizing business & end user disruption.

What you have:

  • 4+ years' IT technical project experience. IT Security focus is preferrable
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks.
  • Proven program/project management experience (e.g. Agile, PMP, or equivalent)
  • Ability to manage multiple complex technical programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience with cloud, AI and enterprise security preventative, detective, responsive and recovery tools and capabilities.
  • Strong process management and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or similar (years of demonstrated experience) in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Management Information systems.

The typical hiring range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
