Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join paving and prepping crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of excavating and grading various sized driveways, parking lots and road ways.

Responsibilities

  • Operate H pattern controls safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret site plans, drawing and following measurements as set out
  • Follow various grade requirements for water flow
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • 5 years or more of operating skid steers, specifically with excavating and grading
  • Ability to complete grade using a level or transit
  • Ability to complete a layout efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
