Process Support/Admin (Full-Time) - Edmonton, AB
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage propylene supply chain from source to end users
  • Manage all incoming lab orders, both local mixtures and outsourced US products
  • Prepare orders for shipment, produce all necessary paperwork
  • Assist in quality incident management program, for both local mixtures and US sourced products
  • Place orders against other Linde plants
  • Manage all liquid helium orders
  • Enter plant production data
  • Coordinate industrial orders for Linde branches
  • Order lab standards as required
  • Create C of A's when requested by customers
  • Assist internal and external customers with part number requests and lead times
  • Keep appropriate inventory of spec gas for a variety of customers

Education
Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of Grade 12 including business subjects related to data entry and information processing, or completion of an appropriate/related certificate program from business school/college, equivalencies may be considered.

Professional Experience

  • A minimum 2 years of diversified office administration experience including data entry and information processing within an office administration setting.

Other Considerations

  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, customer service, organization, time management and prioritization skills are required
  • Self-motivated individual, capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications
