What to Expect:
As Assistant Marketing Manager, Vitality, Ice Cream, You will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of 18-month plan and implementation of Nestle Ice cream Vitality, marketing plan. This role entails leading all aspects of Product Fixed Marketing Expenses, monitoring brand performance, and evaluating brand share, including product and packaging . Your focus will be building brand equity, driving portfolio profitability.
A day in the life:
- Provides fact based analytical support to identify business issues/opportunities. Monitors and analyzes brand and competitor performance vs. established key performance indicators (market share, brand health, profitability)
- Responsible for managing Product Fixed Marketing Expenses budgets in Brand Planner and tracks and monitors spending. Leads Pre-Post PFME Evaluations to assess the impact on the business and against key performance indicators; Shares findings with the team.
- Supports development of customer communication plans and sales tools aligned with Brand Building the Nestle Way guidelines. Completes approved plans (packaging, product, consumer support) according to brand essence and vision within approved budgets and timelines
- Uses consumer and marketplace data and trends to support definition of the target consumer and develop a deeper understanding of them.
- Lead or support innovation, renovation, packaging, pricing, promotional, merchandising, and distribution initiatives.
- Own launch planning and execution, including research, packaging, product development, and sales enablement materials.
- Develop customer communication plans, sell sheets, and cycle kit materials aligned with Brand Building the Nestlé Way.
- Perform regular performance analysis using AC Nielsen and other research sources; share insights with stakeholders.
- Support marketing administration: meeting coordination, internal events, presentations, PIN forms, and budget reporting.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 18–24 months of marketing experience required; CPG experience strongly preferred
- A University degree in a business-related discipline preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in marketing analysis (AC Nielsen, market share, PFME/budget management)
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial and results-focused, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive execution.
- Solid understanding of the 4 Ps and their application, including the ability to read and interpret a P&L statement.

- Comfortable managing change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for digital and social media marketing, with a test-and-learn mindset (asset)
