Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations

  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences

  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are met

  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and cost control

  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members

  • Foster a respectful and fun work environment

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (preferred)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • A passion for hospitality and teamwork

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Hands-on management style and a positive attitude
