We're currently growing our team and seeking a thoughtful, passionate stylist who's ready to take the next step in their career. You don't need a full book — just the drive to build one with our support, and a shared commitment to quality, creativity, and care.

What You'll Bring:

  • A valid Ontario hairstyling license
  • 2–5 years of experience behind the chair (apprenticeship included)
  • A passion for holistic, luxury haircare and the Davines philosophy
  • Professionalism, warmth, and a collaborative attitude
  • A desire to grow a loyal clientele with long-term support
  • Comfort with or openness to social media + ongoing education

What We Offer:

  • Hourly base pay during the ramp-up period (approx. $20–$25/hour based on experience)
  • Commission starting 30-40%
  • Retail commission on all Davines product sales
