  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Skills

  • Experience in premium sales of jewellery or other high end consumer goods highly regarded
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong customer service skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Proven sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a retail environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards.
