Le titulaire du poste aide le directeur de pharmacie dans les aspects techniques des activités de préparation des ordonnances et des tâches administratives afin de permettre au pharmacien de passer plus de temps à prodiguer des soins aux clients.

L'adjoint de pharmacie doit offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure et participer à l'ensemble des activités de la pharmacie.

Tâches importantes

  • Recevoir les prescriptions des patients.
  • Accomplir diverses tâches informatiques à la demande du directeur de pharmacie.
  • Remplir les ordonnances sous la supervision du directeur de pharmacie.
  • Assurer le contrôle des stocks.
  • Maintenir l'inventaire et assurer la gestion des tâches administratives.
  • Travailler sous la supervision directe du directeur de pharmacie et accomplir les tâches demandées.

Exigences du poste

  • Certification d'un collège ou d'une école de formation technique en pharmacie en ligne et/ou expérience applicable en environnement de pharmacie ou de vente au détail.
  • Capacité de travailler avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Capacité de traiter des données hautement confidentielles et de nature sensible.
  • Capacité de travailler seul et en équipe.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle.
  • Grande motivation et aptitudes démontrées en organisation, en planification et en gestion de priorités.
  • 2 années d'expérience ou plus, un atout.

Horaire

  • Ce poste exige une disponibilité les jours ouvrables, les soirs et la fin de semaine.
