Responsibilities: Report to the Central Fill Manager and work under the supervision of a pharmacist Perform dispensing functions in compliance with provincial regulations and company standards, including assembling prescription medications, counting, labelling, and compounding prescriptions Prepare compliance packaging for LTC homes and operate automated packaging equipment Manage inventory, ordering, processing, and receiving materials to ensure production efficiency and accuracy Maintain a clean, neat, and professional workplace, and check packaging before delivery Conduct quality checks, identify production issues, and propose continuous improvement methods Ensure timely and accurate production processes, prepare production reports, and requisition supplies as needed Operate machinery aligned with the computer system and provide strategic solutions to meet production objectives Perform miscellaneous tasks to support the Store Operator, Pharmacist, and central fill operations Qualifications: Preference for candidates with previous experience in a pharmacy or production facility, including Pharmacy Assistant and Kroll experience Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional image, grooming, and a positive attitude with effective communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers Ability to maintain a professional attitude and image while meeting the requirements of the role Successful candidates must complete a Criminal Record Check due to the sensitive nature of the position Schedule: 24 hours per week (Part-time) Part-time hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with one weekend shift per month.
