Job Description

Good Sorts Property Services is hiring full-time Cleaners to join our growing team in Kelowna, BC. This is a permanent, year-round position with consistent hours and opportunities to grow within the company.

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform commercial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Clean and disinfect washrooms, kitchens, offices, hallways, and common areas
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in accordance with WHMIS and company procedures
  • Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and instructions
  • Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to a supervisor
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all job sites

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required (training provided)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
  • Reliable transportation to travel to job sites within Kelowna
  • Valid Canadian driver's licence is an asset
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Hours: 30–40 hours per week (daytime and/or evening shifts available)
  • Wage: $20.50–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Work Location: In person (various commercial sites in Kelowna)
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
