Full-time Manifest Coordinator

Monday to Friday, 3:00-11:30PM

We are currently seeking a dedicated Manifest Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the complete and accurate workflow of all Manifest Department functions in order to support billing and customer service delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitors and coordinates Manifest workflow, ensuring processes are followed efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaises and troubleshoots with departmental and branch staff concerning discrepancies and manifest issues.
  • Verifies, compiles and distributes all outbound running orders according to the daily line-up.
  • Performs daily final accuracy check of line-up and ensures that all trips have been processed and all manifests have been dispatched.
  • Collects and sorts daily driver documentation for distribution to the appropriate departments.
  • Performs nightly audits of billing and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, including AVS verification, and generates comprehensive reports.

What You Have:

  • Requires three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience, supplemented by post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of LTL freight handling requirements.
  • Advanced level use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs
