Strategy Consultant, Group Benefits Operations

Join our Group Benefits Operations team and play a key role in shaping the back-office transformation strategy for Manulife Group Benefits in Canada. Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver Strategic Projects: Manage initiatives with measurable business impact, ensuring benefits are realized.

• Analyze & Recommend: Use data to identify trends, measure performance, and propose improvements.

• Drive Change: Facilitate decision-making, manage milestones, and keep stakeholders aligned.

• Communicate Powerfully: Build compelling presentations and stories for senior leadership.

• Support Leadership: From monthly business reviews to annual strategy sessions, you'll help keep priorities on track.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience & Background

  • 5+ years in strategy roles (consulting, investment banking, or similar).

  • Financial services experience is an asset.

• Analytical Thinker

  • Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.

  • Ability to identify trends and solve problems logically.

• Strategic Influencer

  • Skilled at influencing senior leaders and gaining buy-in.

  • Comfortable making recommendations and driving decisions.
