Hours: Full Time- Monday to Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm

Position Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the fitness facilities, equipment, and change rooms in accordance with brand standards and the Occupational Health & Safety Act. This role ensures a safe and clean environment for all employees, guests, and members.
Responsibilities
- Completes daily and weekly housekeeping checklists as assigned and scheduled keeping facility and common areas cleaned and maintained.
- Properly clean all equipment.
- Vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors.
- Cleans up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Cleans and stocks change rooms and bathrooms.
- Uses all janitorial supplies in accordance with product labels and club manuals.
- Identifies any problems with equipment or building maintenance reporting all issues to General Manager.
- Performs special cleaning projects as assigned.
- Assist in keeping track of supplies, stocking accordingly.
- Attends all required training sessions and meetings.
- Adheres to and maintain all safety protocols, guidelines, and procedures in compliance with COVID-19 provincial requirements.
- Reports all member complaints to General Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned by General Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Custodial experience an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent, an asset.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with employees, guests, and members.
