Responsibilities:

  • Operate snow removal equipment to effectively clear roads, parking lots, and other assigned areas.
  • Remove snow and ice from roadways, sidewalks, and entry/exit points to maintain safe conditions.
  • Apply salt or other de-icing agents to prevent ice accumulation.
  • Continuously monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing methods as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment to guarantee reliable operation.
  • Maintain precise records of all work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience operating snow removal equipment is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of snow removal techniques and safety protocols.
  • Capability to operate heavy machinery effectively in challenging weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
