Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth overnight operations and maintaining excellent guest relations. The successful candidate will support our mission to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue and expenses.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during night hours.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain security and safety protocols throughout the hotel premises.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage front desk activities during overnight shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles.
  • Strong knowledge of night audit procedures.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
