Lead Guidewire Claims Developer

8–12 years overall experience
5+ years of hands‑on Guidewire experience
Role Overview:
Looking for Senior Guidewire Developers with lead experience to support immediate Guidewire initiatives in the GTA region. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on development experience across Guidewire modules and the ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with business and integration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance Guidewire solutions aligned with business requirements
Provide technical leadership across Guidewire implementation and enhancement programs
Lead development activities, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting
Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and integration teams
Support deployments, production fixes, and performance tuning
Guide and mentor junior developers and offshore teams
Participate in estimations, solution design discussions, and technical documentation
Required Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite
(PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
Hands‑on experience with Gosu, Guidewire APIs, and configuration
Experience with Guidewire Integration Frameworks (Web Services, REST, Messaging)
Knowledge of Guidewire Data Model, product model, and rules framework
Experience in Guidewire Cloud or on‑prem implementations
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and deployment tools
