As a Projects Manager at Coffrages Synergy, you'll play a key role in delivering major construction projects by ensuring effective coordination of resources, timelines, and communications.

Your mission will be to lead the various phases of projects - from planning to delivery - while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. You'll be a central point of contact between the construction site, the office, and all stakeholders, actively contributing to performance goals and client satisfaction.

Sounds great, but what does a typical day as a Projects Manager look like?

  • Track and document site journals;
  • Monitor dans update schedules (using MS Project);
  • Participate in workforce planning for the site;
  • Update change directives;
  • Communicate with various project stakeholders;
  • Review project contractual documents;
  • Read plans and specifications;
  • Ensure communication and documentation flow between the site and the office;
  • Conduct quality follow-ups and site supervision;
  • Perform other related tasks.

What you'll need :

  • Knowledge of the construction industry, especially formwork (an asset).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • A valid driver's license;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships;
  • General health and safety training for construction sites;
  • 2025 WHMIS certification (an asset);
  • Dynamism and leadership.
