We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. Your role involves providing prompt and courteous service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and collaborating with other team members to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction:
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring any dietary restrictions or allergies are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
  • Order Management:
  • Enter orders promptly into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with service standards.
  • Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and address any issues promptly.
  • Preparation and Cleanliness:
  • Set up dining areas before service, including arranging tables, refilling condiments, and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Clear tables promptly and maintain a tidy and organized environment throughout the shift.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist with restocking supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and glassware.
  • Upselling and Billing:
  • Suggest additional menu items to enhance the dining experience.
  • Prepare accurate bills and process payments efficiently.
