Electrical Services Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Services Lead to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be a Red Seal Electrician with strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to oversee permitting, compliance, and field operations.
In this role, you'll take the lead on day-to-day electrical work — from pulling permits and coordinating installations to mentoring field staff and ensuring projects meet safety and code standards. If you enjoy combining hands-on work with leadership and take pride in doing things right, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate electrical service work for residential and small commercial projects.
- Pull and manage electrical permits, ensuring all work complies with provincial and municipal codes and inspection requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and support journeyman and apprentice electricians, ensuring quality, safety, and code compliance.
- Perform hands-on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps, thermostats, and energy-efficient systems.
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize daily work to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, clients, and team members to clarify project details and expectations.
- Complete all required documentation, data collection, and reporting following installations.
- Support related electrical tasks if electrical services tasks are limited.
- Maintain a safety-first mindset and promote a culture of care and professionalism on every job site.
Qualifications:
- Red Seal certification in the electrical trade.
- Strong experience in residential electrical installation, service, and maintenance.
- Computer and technological skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and coordinate a small field team.
- Experience pulling and managing electrical permits and working with local inspection authorities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the province.
- Dependability, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license: clean drivers abstract and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
