Client Service Representative

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to support our continued expansion in Abbotsford. Our organization is a performance-driven, team-focused firm, and we are proud to have been entrusted with introducing the newest product innovations from a leading local telecommunications provider.
In this role, you will contribute directly to the customer experience by fostering strong relationships, ensuring service excellence, and supporting the successful rollout of new telecommunications offerings. Your work will play an important part in maintaining customer satisfaction, strengthening brand presence, and upholding key performance targets. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, and committed to delivering results that reflect both our firm's standards and our client's expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional customer service while introducing telecommunications products and solutions
- Build trust and rapport through clear, customer-focused communication
- Guide customers through product selection and support a seamless service process
- Assist with the launch and promotion of new telecom services within the Abbotsford market
- Maintain accurate customer records and uphold service quality standards
- Support customer retention and overall brand performance
- Represent both organizations with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications:
- 1- 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is an asset; however, full paid training is provided and we will invest in the right person
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in in-person customer interactions
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and stay informed on product updates and new offerings
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
This is an in-office role based in Abbotsford, working directly with customers and collaborating with a supportive, results-oriented team.
