This role is not for order-takers, relationship-only sellers, or people who need comfort to perform. We are looking for self-driven, relentless competitors who know how to cold call, prospect, and fight in the market to win contracts against entrenched competitors.

This is a new-business-driven role. Success is measured by contracts signed, production, and growth.
What Success Looks LikeConsistent daily prospecting and pipeline creation
Contracts won against established competitors
Sustained contract count and revenue growth
Full ownership of territory performance
Minimal supervision; maximum output
Proven B2B hunters with a track record of winning competitive deals
Experience in automotive, F&I, financial services, or SaaS is an asset
Sales professionals who outwork, out-prepare, and out-execute peers
Individuals who take pride in doing hard things, every day

What We Offer- The compensation range for this position is $95, ,000 + commission.
- Hybrid work model. This role will require travel throughout Ontario West (Milton to Windsor corridor).
