Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to support our corporate IT operations. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in IT support, systems management, and business technology within a corporate real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic IT support to corporate staff (hardware, software, printers, internet, email issues).
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining computers, laptops, phones, and office IT equipment.
  • Support user account creation and access management (email, internal systems, tools).
  • Assist with troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.
  • Help maintain IT inventory, documentation, and system records.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of individuals.
  • Assist with basic website, CRM, or internal system support as required.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors when needed.
  • Follow IT policies, data security, and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with email systems, printers, and office IT setups.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site at the corporate office (2-3 days a week).
