Job Summary

Mayfair Services is a trusted courier and shipping service point, proudly offering FedEx, Purolator, and DHL services, along with printing, photocopying, and passport photo services. Located conveniently near the Chinese Embassy, we provide personalized and efficient support to our diverse customer base.

Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: 1595 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their shipping and printing needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Shipping Assistance: Guide customers on packaging, shipping options, and costs; prepare shipments for FedEx, DHL, and other carriers.
  • Printing & Passport Photo Services: Operate basic printing, scanning, and photocopying equipment; assist customers with document handling.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, including cash, card payments, and billing.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer queries, track shipments, and liaise with courier companies for updates.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized workspace; restock supplies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail required.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese required.
  • Familiarity with courier services (FedEx, DHL, etc.) or printing equipment is preferred but not required – training will be provided.
  • Proficient with computers and basic software like MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
