Job Overview

In this role, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks, ensuring all meals are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
  • Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Support the team by performing additional tasks as needed, including dishwashing and cleaning duties.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food industry or a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others.
