Responsabilités

  • Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires, les écritures de journal, les rapprochements de bilan, et les déclarations de taxes de vente;
  • Préparer et distribuer les rapports mensuels de production et financiers à la direction afin d'évaluer la performance de l'entreprise;
  • Analyser et présenter les écarts mensuels, trimestriels et annuels;
  • Préparer les calendriers de reporting trimestriels et annuels pour soumission au siège social;
  • Participer à la préparation des dossiers pour les prévisions et le budget;
  • Soutenir les exigences liées aux audits financiers annuels, aux déclarations fiscales et aux audits internes;
  • Répondre aux demandes des parties prenantes internes.

We are currently looking for a qualified member to fill the position of Junior Financial Analyst to join our Finance department.

Responsibilities

  • Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and sales tax filings;
  • Prepare and distribute monthly production and financial reports to management to evaluate company performance;
  • Analyze and report on monthly, quarterly and year end variances;
  • Prepare quarterly and year end reporting schedules for submission to head office;
  • Assist in preparing files for forecasts and budgets;
  • Support requirements related to annual financial audits, tax returns and internal audits;
  • Respond to inquires from internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

Qualifications et expérience

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité;
  • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Excel;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en résolution de problèmes et en organisation.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Good communication, problem solving, and organizational skills are essential.
