About Us: We are Kitchener's first private swim school, built with heart, purpose, and a passion for helping children thrive in the water. Our mission is to make swimming safe, confidence-building, and joyful for every child we teach.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and high-energy Swim Instructors who genuinely love working with kids and want to be part of something special from the ground up.

Availability Requirements: Candidates must have maximum availability during our operating hours:

  • Tuesday–Friday: 3:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

**Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

Applicants must meet ALL of the following to be considered:

  • Minimum 3+ years of swim instruction experience (mandatory)
  • Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification (required)
  • Standard First Aid with CPR Level C
  • Strong knowledge of pool safety regulations and procedures
  • Must enjoy working with children and feel confident teaching various age groups
  • High energy, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • Ability to obtain a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruction: Teaching swimming techniques, developing lesson plans, and adapting instruction for individual needs.
  • Safety and Supervision: Ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants, enforcing pool rules, and educating patrons on water safety. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Attend all scheduled staff training
  • Record all hours worked
  • Keep all Certifications current
  • Relationships: Build strong rapport with students and celebrating achievements.
  • Community: Actively contribute to building a supportive, engaged community both within the school and the local area.
