Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Teams Voice Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional customer-facing deployment and support. This role requires a strong technical background in Microsoft Teams Voice solutions combined with excellent interpersonal skills to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with Clients.
You will work closely with Convergence's support teams and Clients to resolve complex Teams Voice issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Capture and document Client requirements for tailored Teams Voice initiatives and confirm scope, timelines and deliverables.
Define implementation schedules and manage to the schedule defined.
Design, implement, and manage Teams Voice configurations, including call routing policies, construction, and assignment.
Communicate updates, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Manage and maintain the service board ensuring all service tickets are updated with the latest status notes and time entries to ensure accurate billing.
Work independently with minimal oversight while meeting established deadlines.
Collaborate with our carrier/vendor's porting and engineering to ensure quick resolution to Client affecting carrier issues and to ensure the port of Clients telephone numbers occurs during the time and date of their choosing.
Define and execute a quality assurance plan for each implementation to ensure all configurations are working as intended. This may include defining and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Coordinate and/or conduct training and/or awareness sessions for end users.
Document processes, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Serve as a point of escalation for Convergence's support teams to assist with resolving Client Teams Voice problems.
Contribute to continuous improvement including but not limited to:
Processes
Tools
Documentation
Awareness of Teams Voice capabilities, etc.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven, extensive experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, including call routing policy construction and assignment or Extensive Telephony experience and a willingness to learn Microsoft Teams voice
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Ability to work autonomously and maintain accountability for deliverables.
Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Teams Voice certification or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with enterprise telephony systems and integration with Microsoft Teams.
Experience working in a managed services or consulting environment.
