As a Management Consultant at RAVL, you will work closely with the Partner / Engagement Leader and our Technical Experts to define and deliver Advisory projects. From scoping and framing the work, to completing client interviews, workshops, and analysis, to packaging the final deliverables, you will be involved in all aspects of an engagement.   We're looking for a professional who is passionate about technology strategy, transformation, and architecture. The best candidate is also someone who loves to solve complex technology problems and finds meaning in helping clients measurably improve their capabilities.  A typical day at RAVL
·       Work on client engagements as part of a team that includes Technical Experts and RAVL leadership ·       Partner closely with clients to deeply understand their capabilities and specific needs ·       Leverage research and analytics to perform high-quality analysis and generate insights ·       Help define assessment frameworks and execute assessments to determine baseline technology capabilities ·       Collaborate with our Technical Experts to provide meaningful improvement recommendations and plans ·       Create compelling presentations (e.g., strategies, roadmaps, business cases, org designs, architectures) to synthesize recommendations for clients to execute ·       Support clients in the execution of their strategic technology initiatives ·       Spend time mastering your consulting toolkit – we provide dedicated time for you to become an expert Advisor ·       Additional needs will arise as we work together, all with the intent of Building Better  Sounds great, but do my skills fit the role?   You're the person we're looking for if you are: ·       Passionate about and have a good understanding of established and emerging technology. ·       Able to think creatively about how to apply technology to business use cases. ·       Confident presenting to and facilitating conversations with clients. ·       Excellent at framing problems and asking probing questions to elicit key information. ·       Skilled at integrating disparate information into a coherent story. ·       Capable of making informed assumptions to develop high-level business cases with limited data. ·       Able to build clear, well-structured, flexible models in Excel. ·       Able to tell a compelling story in PowerPoint. ·       Relentlessly focused on the continuous improvement of your skills and the advice you provide. ·       An experienced consultant with 2-5 years in technology strategy, delivery, and/or management consulting.  What's in it for you?   ·       We provide a highly competitive salary with generous bonuses, retirement contributions, paid vacation time, and other benefits ·       You will have dedicated time and funding each month to focus on your growth and development, including personal passions (e.g., thought leadership and brand building) ·       You can work from anywhere in Canada (with intermittent in-person events and co-location) ·       You will join an awesome and highly skilled team who is focused on accomplishing something meaningful  Apply today   Sound good?
