About us

Trullo Trattoria is an Italian restaurant in the south of Calgary. We have a love for classic dishes as well as modern interpretations on classics. We are looking for a cook to set up the line and work the evening rush with the Chef.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures

- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in a visually appealing manner

Skills:

- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant setting

- Strong cooking skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

- Understanding of proper food handling and safety procedures

- Ability to work well within a team
