POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Logistics Department, Truck Drivers are responsible for the pick-up of meat by-products and waste on a variety of routes and shifts. You will be responsible for loading the material on to the truck. This position is for a relief driver who is flexible and available for a variety of shifts. Some heavy lifting will be required. We are looking for drivers with a passion for driving and a commitment to the environment to join our growing team

  • $34.04 PER HR Plus Overtime after 40 hours/week

POSITION TASKS AND RESPONSIBIITIES:

  • Responsible for the pick-up of raw ingredients on a variety of routes and shifts
  • Territory-300 KM radius around the Dundas plant
  • Familiarity within the Province of Ontario
  • Team oriented and willing to assist within all routes
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Tasks will include some physical demands such as repetitive pulling, pushing, lifting etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of hydraulic equipment is an asset
  • Valid AZ License with a minimum of two years truck driving experience
  • Clean drivers/CVOR and abstract
  • Flexible to work overtime and a variety of shifts as required
