Now Hiring: Live-In Superintendent for New Residential Building

We are currently seeking a responsible and motivated person to join our team as live-in Building Superintendents for a brand-new residential property opening in January/February 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for two people who work well together and are ready to take on a shared role in building management.

Key Details:

  • Start Date: November (light duties as the building prepares for full occupancy)
  • Location: Brand-new building with occupancy starting in January/February 2026
  • Compensation: Part-time role with a combined annual salary of $30,000 to $40,000, based on experience
  • Housing: Onsite unit provided for the superintendent

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting unit showings and helping with move-ins
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations as the building reaches full capacity
  • Ensuring a smooth transition for new residents: This position is ideal for a couple who enjoys working together, takes pride in their environment, and is seeking a shared, live-in role within a growing community.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
