Lux Car Wash - Legacy Grove is a state-of-the-art, fully automated car wash located in Southeast Calgary. We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team in a part-time capacity. Skills & Qualifications

  • Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality, comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to multitask with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team setting.
  • Strong work ethic; punctual, reliable, and committed to teamwork.
  • Ability to move quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and stretch throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to get hands-on with cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's class 5 licence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers and provide a friendly, personalized experience.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the car wash.
  • Assist customers and provide direction as needed.
  • Perform routine light to heavy equipment maintenance (training provided).
  • Maintain location cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the owner or management team.

Availability Requirements

  • Weekday evening shifts (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
  • Weekend availability required — Saturday or Sunday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (assigned shifts will fall within this window).
  • We're looking for someone who can start as soon as possible

Compensation & Growth

Bonus and commission opportunities will be evaluated after the probationary period as part of our performance review process.

Training is provided, and we're committed to helping you grow in the role.
