Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Agent, located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Mortgage Agent will be responsible for providing clients with mortgage advice, securing mortgage financing, and managing applications, renewals, and refinancing processes. Responsibilities will include building relationships with clients, lenders, and service providers, as well as staying updated on current mortgage products and industry trends to offer the best solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Servicing, and Mortgages
- Skills in Mortgage Marketing and Mortgage Lending
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of financial principles and regulations
- Proficiency in using mortgage software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant licenses and certifications as required by local regulations
- Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
