Your role as an Asset Management Planning Consultant on our asset management team is to be a valuable contributor in a team environment and together assist clients through the planning and creation of fiscally responsible strategies to adapt and re-use infrastructure assets. You will be client facing, supporting the organized and process minded delivery of asset management planning.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning initiatives and projects in the adapt and re-use market.
- Conduct condition assessments and support the review of outcomes in development of Asset Management Plans (AMP)
- Support the development and analysis of facility and infrastructure assessments, documentation, and data management.
- Assist in project management and asset management of vertical infrastructure.
- Report writing and presenting to clients.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Able to engage in creative and critical thought.
- Able to interpret basic sketches, drawings, building program and other similar material.
- Able to participate and collaborate in a project team setting.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Revit, Newforma, and Bluebeam
Education and Experience
- Technical diploma in Building or Architectural Technology or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Asset Management Certification (Optional)
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may require travel and include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
