About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabling Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with low-voltage installations, structured cabling, and troubleshooting IT and security-related systems.

  • Knowledge of the Installation of low-voltage cable infrastructure
  • Intermediate knowledge of structured cabling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of computers, networks, and information technology-related systems
  • Knowledgeable in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing assigned CCTV cameras, Series Positioning System and associated components, and low voltage cabling infrastructure
  • experience pulling, terminating and troubleshooting structured cabling (CAT5, CAT6), Basic PC and LAN networking background
  • Ability to use test equipment such as a voltmeter, signal tone generator, oscilloscope
  • Ability to read/understand floor plans, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Ability to communicate in a concise and effective manner

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of low-voltage cable installation.
  • Intermediate understanding of structured cabling standards.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computers, networks, and IT systems.
  • Experience with CCTV systems and low-voltage components.
  • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
