Are you someone who enjoys staying organized, solving small puzzles, and working with numbers? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Billing AP/AR Specialist to join our growing team. No previous accounting experience is required — we'll train the right person

In this role, you'll help keep our billing and payment processes running smoothly while working closely with clients and internal teams. You can work fully remote or from our office in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

What You'll Do

• Create and send invoices to clients
• Check billing information for accuracy and completeness
• Track incoming and outgoing payments
• Apply payments to the correct accounts
• Follow up on outstanding invoices in a professional and friendly manner
• Work with internal teams to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
• Keep clear records of billing activities and communications
• Provide excellent customer service by answering billing inquiries via email and phone

• Bilingual (spoken and written)
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (Microsoft 365, email, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Polite and confident phone and email etiquette

Vos responsabilités

• Préparer et envoyer les factures aux clients
• Vérifier l'exactitude des informations de facturation
• Assurer le suivi des comptes fournisseurs et clients
• Traiter les paiements reçus et les appliquer aux bons comptes
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les écarts de facturation
• Maintenir des dossiers clairs et à jour des activités de facturation
• Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en répondant aux questions par téléphone et par courriel

Profil recherché

• Bilingue (français et anglais – parlé et écrit)
• À l'aise avec les outils informatiques de base (Microsoft 365, courriel, etc.)
• Très bonne attention aux détails et sens de l'organisation
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à établir les priorités
• Excellentes compétences en communication
• Professionnalisme au téléphone et par courriel
• Désir d'apprendre et d'évoluer dans un rôle administratif/comptable
