Dr. Clean Inc. is looking for a full-time Scheduling Administrator to join our growing team. 

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated, professional, and highly organized individual to help manage the critical task of scheduling while supporting overall office administration. The ideal candidate is a skilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Scheduling Administrator at Dr. Clean Inc., you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and transferring incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Monitoring, organizing, and responding to internal and external emails
  • Scheduling employees for assigned work and ensuring schedule accuracy
  • Supporting the office team with various administrative tasks and ongoing projects
  • Maintaining efficient communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets, create work orders, manage scheduling apps
  • Assisting with problem-solving and adapting schedules as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in scheduling, office administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be bonded (a criminal record check will be required)

Availability

We're looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday, evenings and work on-call on rotation with our scheduling team.
