As part of our elite travel team, you'll:
• Manage customized bookings for flights, hotels, and car rentals using your GDS expertise
• Support members through cancellations, re-bookings, and travel disruptions
• Provide polished service by phone, email, and chat
• Guide members in making the most of their exclusive travel benefits
What You'll Bring
• Fluency in both
French and English

TICO certification

GDS experience
• Minimum
2 years in travel, airline, or hospitality
