Role Description
This is a remote role for a Travel Advisor - Associate. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include planning and coordinating travel itineraries, booking accommodations, and addressing any concerns clients may have during their trips.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication abilities
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and working in a Travel Agency
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in travel booking software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or related field is preferred
- Must have a TICO certificate in Ontario
