Role Overview:

Zeus Fitness is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our fitness equipment orders are received, processed, and shipped efficiently to meet customer expectations. You will also occasionally assist customers visiting the warehouse, providing a positive and professional experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments of fitness equipment, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damage.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move and organize inventory.

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.

Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks to ensure smooth operations.

Occasionally interact with customers visiting the warehouse, helping them locate products or answer basic inquiries.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Report any inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the warehouse supervisor.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to optimize workflows.

Qualifications:

● Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment roll preferred.

● Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50-80 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.

● Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

● Forklift certificate or willingness to obtain certification.

● Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

● Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Excellent customer service skills for occasional interactions with clients.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Ability to safely handle heavy and bulky fitness equipment.
